Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Warm Weather Shipping (Important 🍫)
Our products are made with high-quality chocolate and may be sensitive to heat.

Orders may be shipped with insulated packaging and/or ice packs when necessary

We may delay shipment during extreme heat to protect your order
The Date Spot® is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once the package has been delivered, but we will always do our best to protect your order in transit.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Date Spot® is not responsible for:

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
